You can also to download the booking form, decide what you want and post the form to us. You can send a cheque or pay on the day when you arrive.
Booking is very straightforward – you are either a student with a valid student card, you are in the “Over 55” age category or you are in neither of these categories.
We have a price structure for each category. Look at the list , tell us what you want. We accept your bona fides. You can download the Booking Form clicking on “Booking 2017″.
Once you let us know what you are interested in we make out an invoice for you which becomes your ticket to the various events you book.
If you wish to pay the invoice before the conference, cheques, postal orders etc. can be used. Our postal address is ” Youghal Celebrates History, c/o St. Mary’s College, Emmet Place, Youghal, Co. Cork, Ireland”. The invoice can also be settled on the day of the conference, which takes place in the Mall Arts Centre, Youghal.
There are two days during which activities are planned, you can book some or all of these.
Saturday is the Conference ( morning and afternoon) and a Conference Dinner in the evening ( informal, friendly, sociable ). Registration starts at 9.00. The conference starts at 9.45 and ends around 5.00.
The Dinner, which we strongly urge you to attend, is the sociable side and starts around 7.30. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know.
Sunday morning – experts will guide you around Youghal identifying places named in the various presentations.This tour is by bus.
